Notes:

Finished brewing last night late. OG came in a little low at 1.047-1.048. Mashed in at 150F. dropped to 147.5 a couple times probably due to low thermal mass of the small batch. Otherwise a successful brewday. Dry pitched yeast when racking to the primary. Fermentation shows signs of starting this morning.
