A simple light lager, pretty much a Helles but a bit more hops. Malz German pilsner malt. 90 minute boil. Motueka hops. Two packets of dry yeast.

Mash at 153f/67c in 3 gal/11.3l water 60 minutes

90 minute boil

Pitch two packets yeast directly in wort at 12-13c/53-55f

Ferment at about 50f/10c

D rest raise gradually to about 21c/70f at day 17 or so of ferm to day 21
6.
Rack to secondary and lager for 4 weeks at about 35f/2c
