Brewed 1/15/21. Mashed 146 for 60 minutes, 155 for 20. 75-minute boil. 1 oz dried hibiscus 10 minutes. Vodka tincture in secondary: 1 oz dried hibiscus, 1 oz dried orange peel, 1 medium French oak stick, .5 tsp coriander, 1 tsp cloves, .5 T GOP. 2 packets of French Saison. OG 1.063, FG 1.005, 7.6% ABV.
