Special Instructions

1.
Grain bill in then at 65C for 1 hrs
2.
Temp up to 75C for 10 m ins then sparge at same temp. First Citra washed at sparge
3.
Temp to 70C for hop stand of 10 mins
4.
Protoflock added for last 10 mins
5.
Temp lowered to 70C then flame out hops added for 10 mins
6.
Chilled wort run into fermentation bin onto yeast from the last brew and paddle aerated
7.
Yeast added at 18C SG1.050
8.
I day later dry hopped with 25gms Citra hops in fermenter
9.
Second dry hopping with Magnum at Racking. Barrel flushed with CO2. SG1.008
10.
25th Jan First Gold added and then put into cellar. SG1.006
11.
Cold crashed for 3 days. from 28th Jan
12.
Batch primed with 60gms dex and 5 tabs herm. Half keg, half bottled on 31st Jan 2021
