Special Instructions

1.
Bring 3 gal to boil, take off heat.
2.
Stir in DME, bring back to boil.
3.
Once boiling, add hops and boil for one hour, adding Irish moss with 10 minutes left.
4.
Cool wort to 110 in ice bath, pour into fermenting bucket.
5.
Add RO chilled water to 5.25 gallons, take OG reading.
6.
Ferment at 70 degrees until no action for 3 days.
