All Grain Plus Extract homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: 2-Row - US, Carapils - Dextrine Malt - US, Flaked Corn - US, Coffee Malt - UK, Honey - US, Dry Malt Extract - Pilsen - US, Simcoe Hops, Fermentis Safale US-05 Homebrew Yeast, Gypsum, Cocoa Nibs, Cocoa Powder, Ancho Chile (chopped), Annatto Seeds (crushed), Irish Moss.
3% - Carapils - Dextrine Malt - US
7% - Dry Malt Extract - Pilsen - US
Fermentis Safale US-05
No mash steps in this recipe
Single infusion mash with corn, grains, nibs at 145 for 60 mins
Transfer 6 gal to boil kettle and bring to boil for 5 mins
Add Simcoe then start 60 min boil clock
15 mins: Add Irish moss, ancho chile, crushed annatto seeds
5 mins: Add honey and cocoa powder
Whirlpool and cool to 70F
Transfer to fermenter and add yeast
