Tasting Notes (1)

Rizero

Notes:

Color is black with good carbonation that gives it a nice one finger tight light brown head. Head slowly falls to a tight cap that clings as you drink it down. Aroma has a nice mild roasted scent giving coffee and chocolate with a faint smoky note. It has a medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Flavor comes in with mild roasted notes of coffee and chocolate, In the aftertaste a mild bitterness shows and as the chocolate lingers just a bit. Overall it came out to be a mild and very drinkable porter, will brew this one again it's one of the best porters I've ever had.
