Went with two oz. hops instead of 1.5used Mt. Hood as a sub, should have used Saaz, or maybe not.OG low as I put a lot of water through. Started boil at almost 7 gallons cooked it to 6.x and wound up with an even 6 in the fermenter. Used Imperial Rustic yeast, very active ferment within 24 hours. Pitched yeast at 74 degrees, may have been to warm. I was tired of freezing in the basement!
