Dec 6/20 8am: Mashed with 16.3L, 3g CaSO4, 2.5gCaCl2, 5ml phosphoric

Hit 67.3c mash temperature. 45 minutes.

Sparged with 19L, 3.3g CaSO4, 2.8g CaCl2, 5ml phosphoric
4.
56c grain bed plus 81c sparge water for 72c mashout. 20 minutes.

Dec 6/20 1pm: 24c wort into FC set to 26c (with Bisou).
6.
Dec 8/20 7am: FC up to 27c.
7.
Dec 8/20 430pm: Laser at 27c, FC up to 28c.
8.
Dec 9/20 11am: FC up to 29c.
9.
Dec 15/20 9pm: Turned off heating to FC to let free cool.
10.
Dec 16/20 7am: Took out into 16c room to cool. Light splashing while moving the carboy.
11.
Jan 03/21: Bottling day. Added 5.64oz to 19.25L at 29c for 2.7 vol.
