Pitched 800mL gen2 lager yeast from last pils.Set to 51F.Volume was a touch low, between boil off and and end of boil boil over (?). Probably 70% efficiency. 2/4@1.009, 62°F. Will keg soon. Tasting a touch resinous, but not totally out of character for a pilsner.
