1/24 133F, 10' 152', 30' 4.76 HLT pH 5.25/1.057 first 5.57 2nd ( 10mL phos to MT last half of lauter) 5.90/1.014 final 5.57/1.037 pre ( 15mL phos) ( 5mL phos@EOB) 1.047 O.G., 5.05 post KO@50F (!) Pitched 800mL gen2 lager yeast from last pils. Set to 51F. Volume was a touch low, between boil off and and end of boil boil over (?). Probably 70% efficiency. 2/4@1.009, 62°F. Will keg soon. Tasting a touch resinous, but not totally out of character for a pilsner.
