Notes:

Not as clear as I would've hoped. It's reddish, but not as bright as I would like. The smell is very estery: some bubblegum and other things I can't really identify. It finished fairly dry, which is nice, because the sweetness doesn't dominate the flavor. Very low bitterness, and very little hop flavor, but I think it's enough for the style. I think the dominant flavor is amber malt.
