60 minute mash at 154 F. Steep crushed (not ground) coriander seed and fresh orange zest for last 5 mins of boil. 90 min boil.
Strike approx 22L (two inches below rivets) at 10:50AM at 162F Jan 10,2021.
Mixed well and added ~1/2tsp Amylase.
Covered with towel and pinned.
Data point: 144F at 11:06AM.
Can't trust the temp gauge to represent the batch.
However I turned on lowest possible heat at 11:06AM. Gently shook kettle with lid closed. Turned off heat after 4 or 5 minutes. Temp probe reading increased very sightly with heat and shaking.
Data point: 145F at 11:12AM.
Data point: 144F at 11:28AM. It appears steady. This would indicate that the strike temp shifted 18F and held.

Sparged at 11:55AM in 9L water. Had to do a second sparge with another 2L to fill up the kettle. Started heating wort for boil.
Boiling at ~1:20PM.
Added 60min hops at 1:45PM.
Added 5min ingredients at 2:42PM.
Flameout at 2:50PM.
