5.Oct 31/20 130pm: Two FVs w/ 21c wort into FC set to 24c.
6.Nov 2/20 7am: Turned FC to 25c. Bad sulphur smell.
7.Nov 2/20 7am: Added 1080ml Cedar Pitted Sour Cherries to 1 carboy.
8.Nov 2/20 5pm: Added 100ml Vidal Ice Grape syrup and ~1/2L of open Dark Sweet Cherry Puree.
9.Nov 21/20 11am: Moved cherry carboy to 21.5c FC. Accidentally splashed contents of regular one while moving cherry one.
10.Nov 22/20 1pm: Turned FC down to 23c and added Bisou to FC.
11.Nov 30/20 9pm: Started slowly cold crashing. Accidentally splashed regular version because of sticky carboy.
12.Dec 12/20: Bottling day! 2.98oz 500ml water to 2.5gal of regular batch for 2.95 vol. Added EC-1118.
13.Dec 12/20: Bottling day! 3.3oz 500ml water to 2.5gal of regular batch for 2.95 vol. Added EC-1118.
