90 min mash with pumpkin

Special Instructions

1.
Prep Pumpkin. 2 pie pumpkins. Half and gut. Put in cookie tray face down. Pour water over surface. On bakers paper. Bake in Oven 2 hrs at 350 degrees.

Skin the Pumpkin and mash it down. Sprinkle brown sugar over top. Back 30-45 minutes to caramelized until turns dark orange.

Freeze or put in bag for the mash.

5 minute left of boil add: 1tsp all spice, 1 tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tsp nutmeg and pumpkin from the mash.
