Starting weight of propane tank - 30 lbsEnd weight 26.5 lbsAdd flameout hops below 168 and let stand for 60 min5/10/15 - began fermentation at 17.5C5/14/15 - Raised temp 0.5C per day until it reached 20C. Today raised to 21C to encourage the last bit of fermentation. Airlock activity has pretty much stopped. Took at reading of 10.2 brix which puts it at about 1.017 and 9.3% ABV.
