Mash Steps

Mash at 65C

Special Instructions

1.
22 lts Mash water. Mash 1 hour at 65C then 10 mins at 75C
2.
Sparge with 12lts water. Then on to boil for 1 hour. Malto. Dex. added for last 10 mins
3.
Flame out, temp reduced then Hop stand at 75C for 10 mins
4.
24 lts collected - Yeast added at 18C Pure Brew added at the same time. SG 1.062
5.
Fermenting well after 36 hrs @20C
6.
After 3 days first dry hops added for 4 days. Temp up to 27C
7.
After 4 days temp up to 27C to end of fermentation.
8.
10 days after brewing - Racked off yeast and 100gms dry hops added
9.
3 days later racked again and last 65 gms dry hops added. SG1.008
10.
After 24 hours put into cellar. After days then Cold Crashed for days
11.
Bottled on weeks after brewing. Batch primed with 55 gms Dex. SG 1.010
