roasted 3 pie pumpkins(7lbs. yielded 1.75lbs.), and 2 butternut squashes(6lbs. yielded 2lbs. 7ozs.) at 325 deg. for 1.75 hrs. 2 days before brewing.

added roasted pumpkin and squash to the mash.

added 15oz. can pumpkin puree to the boil with 20 minutes left in the boil.
