Brewed 9/26/20 6g Epsom, 4g CaCl, 6g Gypsum, ~5ml L Acid Mashed at 149-150* around 5.45 pH Got pH down to 5.1-5.15 during boil OG = 1.035 ~~ Cooled to 76*, pitched SafAle Windsor dry packet, left outside to chill Only got down to 67* overnight, beer got down to 72* and started fermenting Ice bath during the day got it down to 68* or so, let it free rise ~~ Amber malt imparted a roasty, acrid flavor. Don't use in the future or scale down to just ~2oz.
