Sparge with 1 gallon PH @6.5020min whirlpool of 1oz Galaxy and 1oz Amarillo @ 165-175*FPitched yeast too hot at 79*F (see if it impacts flavours), temp leveled out at 72*F and is fermenting strong.June 5th, Blow-tie activity has stopped, (15 PSI) begin dry hop.
