1) Using 6lb of malt extract - 3lb golden and 3lb pale ale2) Steeped 1lb pilsener, 0.5lb carared and 0.5lb 150 caramel for colour3) Hops: 60x1ox saaz 30x0.5oz saax 20x 0.5oz magnum and 0.5oz chinook4) 2xpack of belgian yeast5) 2oz Centennial dry-hop day 4Bottled 2nd November - Gold caps

Note: included 0.5lb crystal malt alongside pilsener for darker colour. Added 1oz centennial hops at 30mins alongside 1oz Saaz at 60 and 20mins. Bottled 21/9 - 20days in the fermenter. Golden caps.
