Special Instructions

1.
Pitch at 9ºC. Set to 50ºF before bed. Set to 10ºC the next morning. Set to 11ºC the morning after that.

Set to 13ºC morning after that.

At this point krausen is starting to fall and I bump up temp 1.1ºC every 12 hours or so.
4.
Until 18ºC. Leave it there for a week then start crashing, 2.7ºC every 12 hours.
