1 crushed Campden tablet added to water the night before brew day to get rid of any chlorine in tap water

Added 1 tsp of gypsym (calcium sulfate) to mash water

Added 1tsp of Calcium Chloride to mash water

Mash at 68c

3L water to 1kg Grain ratio

Mango chucks in boil

Primary ferment at ~22c for 7 days

Cooked and pureed mango in secondary
9.
Secondary ferment at ~23c for 5 days
