Special Instructions

Mineral additions: Primary means add to strike water, Secondary means add to Sparge water
2.
Flameout hops are actually whirlpool hops -- whirlpool without chilling for 45 minutes. Temp should drop to about 180F in that time.
3.
24 hrs after primary fermentation complete, then dry hop. If possible, rouse hops each day.
