1.Flame out hops: Add once the boil is complete and the flame is off. Circulate your wort with your spoon to whirlpool for 10-20 minutes before chilling.
2.Dry Hops: Pitch directly into fermentor after high krausen dissipates (should be around day 4 or 5).
