Notes:
This turned out pretty well. Going all grain would make a big difference in a positive direction. The 4% honey seems just right, although maybe it should be added after pasteurizing it and after primary fermentation? The saison yeast seemed to work fine but I'd like to make small tweaks and try this again with one of the more typical (abbey ale, belgian golden ale) options. Maybe a touch more grain/body and a touch less sugar.
