Special Instructions

1.
Ferment @ 85F for 14 days.
2.
Dry hop w/ 0.75 oz of each Citra & Mosaic on day 2 for 3 days then remove.
3.
Dry hop w/ 0.75 oz of each Citra & Mosaic on day 11 for final 3 days.
4.
Cold crash to 33F for 4 days.
5.
Transfer to serving keg on top of gelatin. Burst carb to 2.6 vols.
