60C mash bed 75C sparge water = 69C sparge.

May 31/20 1pm: Pitched 23g yeast into into 18C wort. Into FC set to 13C.

June 9/20 615pm: Raised FC to 16C. Activity is slowing. Laser temp. read ~14C during peak.
7.
June 11/20 7am: FC up to 17C
8.
June 11/20 9pm: FC up to 18C
9.
June 23/29 7am: FC up to 20C
10.
June 25/20 6am: Started cold crashing.
