Notes:

Very refreshing beer with a good amount of haze. Beer almost has a slight sour taste to it - not in a bad way but as if we did it in on purpose. I wonder creating our own mineral profile from distilled water has something to do with the sour taste. Either way, the beer is very good. Would like to add more dry hops next time.
