Forced to due complete dry hops in the first additions because of fast fermentation limiting bio-transformation on hops...Plan to test add 1st dry hop additions in the fermenter at once yeast has been added before fermentation begins. And then add 2nd dry hop additions no later than two days later. Measure gravity closely. Fast fermentations occur with this 2.5 gallon batch. This will also help limit oxidization exposure and loss of hop flavor profiles from the vigorous fermentation.
