09/20 brew: used 70g of fresh garden hops in place of 20g cascade for bittering. Hop tea smelled and tasted of fresh chives. 11/21 brew: used 15g of Northern Brewer instead of garden hops for bittering 2/20/2022 brew: used Norther Brewer and subbed 15g of Goldings for Fuggles in finishing hops; added 5g Calcium Chloride to the mash and mashed at 155; OG was 1.044 with a 30L boil and 25L batch (tasted amazing!)
