Whirlpool flameout hops in 2 doses. the first @ 200* until 180*. The second at 150* until 130*
2.
Chill to 70* and pitch 2 liter starter.

Ferment at 68* until under 1.020
4.
Rack to secondary for cold crashing
5.
Dry hop in keg 7 days and Carb/serve. Drink fresh.
