Notes:

—Reracking to secondary— -Not as much orange notes as I wanted -Black pepper completely unnoticed. -Body is a little thinner than I wanted. After trying again after adding the OJ, not as bad but I’m assuming it will ferment away. -Hopefully carbonating will fix or improve
