Zest 6 oranges, being careful to not get any white pith. Add zest to last 10 minutes of boil.

Cut the rest of the peel off the 6 oranges, being careful to leave none of the white pith. Using a mesh bag, add these oranges to the fermenter.

Ferment 10-14 days
