1.Mashing at 60 ?C for 30 min
2.Rise temperature to 72 ?C for 20 min
3.Finish the mashing at 78 ?C for 20 min
4.First part of SAAZ i gave to the sweat worth before the boiling
5.Main fermentation takes 5 days at 22-23 ?C.
6.Before bottling i add sucrose (to final concetration 6 g/l) for CO2 production in bottles
