Fermentables: -Can probably use light or extra light. -People also use Pilsner malt here. -Flaked oats and flaked wheat Hops: -Bittering: Citra -Flameout: Vic secret, Galaxy, Mosaic, Denali, El dorado (in that order of preference) -Dry hopping (going for pineapple): Vic secret, Galaxy, Mosaic, Denali, El dorado (in that order of preference) Yeast:First batch, lets just go with S04. Top juicy yeasts are: A38 Juice - Imperial Organic Yeast, Wyeast STRAIN: 1318 LONDON ALE III, and WLP644 Saccharomyces Bruxellensis Trois - White Labs Yeast
