First hazy IPA EVER. *Recipe corrected 2/10/2020 to reflect correct ABV. lol Think we may have boiled too long. Color is darker than expected/wanted and with high ABV this is basically a hazy double IPA. Flavor before carbonating is good! OG: 1.072 FG: 1.006 Fermentables: -Can probably use light or extra light. -People also use Pilsner malt here. -Flaked oats and flaked wheat Hops: -Bittering: Citra -Flameout: Vic secret, Galaxy, Mosaic, Denali, El dorado (in that order of preference) -Dry hopping (going for pineapple): Vic secret, Galaxy, Mosaic, Denali, El dorado (in that order of preference) Yeast:First batch, lets just go with S04. Top juicy yeasts are: A38 Juice - Imperial Organic Yeast, Wyeast STRAIN: 1318 LONDON ALE III, and WLP644 Saccharomyces Bruxellensis Trois - White Labs Yeast

Special Instructions

1.
Bring water to about 150F - steep grains for 30 minutes
2.
Bring water to boil, turn off heat, add DME
3.
Steep flameout hops for 20 mins. Whirlpool/mix first.

Notes:

-Overall this is a little sweeter than preferred. The recipe could use some more bittering hops and maybe less hops at flame out? The overal flavor after carbonating and chilling is good! Really happy with the first version of this an looking forward to updating.
