Boil 1 gallon water with 1 oz Willamette, boil 15 minutes, remove from heat add extract, maintain 180 degrees for 15 minutes, add 1 lb of brown sugar during this time.

Add 1 gallon of cold water to fermenter, add wort, add 2nd gallon of cold water, cool to 65 degrees, pitch yeast
