Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
17 lts Mash water. Step Mash 20 mins at 62C then 45 mins at 65C then 15 mins at 69C
2.
Then temp up to 77C for sparging
3.
Sparge with 14lts water at 77C. Then on to boil
4.
First hops in as above
5.
Protofloc added for last 15 mins. of boil.
6.
Yeast added at 20C SG 1.052
7.
First 50gms of hops added after primary fermentation - after 2 days
8.
4 days after brewing - Racked @ SG 1.015 & second 50gmas Citra added
9.
Cold Crashed 6 days after brewing SG1.006
10.
3 days later (28th March) SG 1.00 bottled with 65 gms Dex.
