Special Instructions

1.
Ferment @ 64F under 12 psi until SG 1.011. Raise to room temp and condition for 7 days. Usually 2 wks total.

Cold crash to 33F for 4 days. Closed transfer to serving keg on top of gelatin. Dump after 3 days.

Lager condition for 2 weeks @ 35F. Enjoy!
