1.Mar 8/20 930am: Mashed in with 17.8L. 3.5ml phosphoric, 3.5g Cacl2: 2.5g CaSO4
2.Hit 68C. 35 minute mash rest.
3.Sparged with 18.74L. 3.5ml phosphoric, 3.5g Cacl2: 2.5g CaSO4
4.57C grain bed plus 79C water = 70C sparge rest.
5.Mar 8/20 3pm: Pitched at 18.5C. Into FC set to 20C to start. Low yield.
6.Mar 9/20 930pm: Turned FC down to 18C.
7.Mar 11/20 7am: Fermenting at 18C laser temperature. Lots of sulphur.
8.Mar 12/20 715am: Raised FC up to 19.5C
9.Mar 20/20 9am: Put Gorilla House in with Twerpintime. FC temp has been set to 21C for about 5 days now
10.Mar 27/20 5pm: Cooled FC to 15C.
11.Apr 12/20: Bottling day! 17.5L w/ 4.5oz dextrose at 21C for 2.65volumes.
12.May 4/20: 6pm: Put beers back into 21C FC from cold room to carbonate a bit more.
