Special Instructions
1.Bring 6 gallons of water to 160 degrees (strike temp)
2.add grains (all 10 lbs) to 160 deg water, stir it to avoid clumps. Water should be between 150-155 degrees after grains are added.
3.Mash grains for 60 minutes, bring water to 170 degrees, let it rest for 10 minutes.
