Special Instructions

sparge approximately 6.5 gallons at 163.7 degrees.
2.
add water if necessary to get to 6.5 gallons total for boil.
3.
Take OG after Mash out/Sparge
4.
Take Gravity after Boil
5.
Dry Hop Citra, Day 5

Ferment for 8-10 Days
7.
Take FG 1 day prior to bottling to match 1.016
8.
Take FG on bottling day to ensure no more movement
9.
sanitize pot for sugar dissolve
10.
Bottling; 117.84G (.4.16oz or .59cp) to enough water to dissolve. considering 68 degrees. check calculator if higher.
11.
add sugar to beer after racking, mix and bottle (do not aerate much)
12.
Bottle for 4 weeks, sample at week 2 or 3.
