Special Instructions

1.
Heat 1 Gal apple juice with molasses and honey but don’t boil
2.
Pour 3 Gal apple juice and 1 Gal of Pineapple juice in fermenter then add heated 1 Gal
3.
Add 5 crushed campden pills and 1/4 tsp of crushed cloves to must
4.
Cover with towel and let sit for 24hrs
5.
Add yeast and let ferment for 10 days and rack to secondary
6.
Back sweeten in keg with 6 cups brown sugar mixed with 12 oz water
