All Grain American Pale Ale homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: 2-Row - US, Caramel/Crystal 20 - US, Flaked Oats - US, Magnum Hops, Amarillo Hops, Citra Hops, Wyeast American Ale II 1272 Homebrew Yeast, Irish Moss, Yeast Nutrient.
Very light and refreshing. Citra hops are definitely the star here, and the beer could use some more bitterness. I would likely add a fll 1oz. of mangum hops during the boil. The yeast used was a year old, so this is the likely cause of the gravity ending a little high. Dry hopping lasted for a week, and this may have been a day or so too long.
