Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
20 lts of mash water added. Grain in at 60C then up to 65C for 1 hour - recirculation on.
2.
Up to 70C then sparge with 14lts of water at 70C
3.
Heat on during sparging to boiling
4.
Boiled for one hour. Hops in for 30 mins then 15 mins
5.
Wort chilled for 20 mins then into fermenter with yeast
6.
Yeast added at 20C SG 1.052
7.
50gms dry hoped with Summit into secondary three days later.
8.
Racked 4 days after brewing and dry hopped with 50 gms Moasaic ( SG1.014)
9.
Cold Crashed on1st Jan.2020, 15 days after brewing
10.
Bottled 4 days later SG 1.012 with 50gms Dex and 8 herms.
