Mosaic as a bittering hop seems weird, I'll leave it in recipe for now, but may just use CTZ/columbus instead 0.3oz

Using "Dry Hop" yeast, mix of conan and sacch trois based 85% attenuation on sacch trois (higher FG predicted than recipe which had at 1.007).
