Oct 27/19 5pm: Turned FC up to 25C

Oct 28/19 545pm: Added 1 chopped vanilla bean in 200ml boiling hot tea. 100g Anhydra dried cherries. ~1.5L PC Dark Sweet Cherry (bucket said 2L but seemed less after measuring with water.

Oct 28/19 545pm: Beer was 25.3C before adding. Puree was 11C.
