Special Instructions

12.75gal of strike water (1.5qt/lb of grain)

Mash at 149deg for 60min then raise to 152 and hold for an additional 60min
3.
After 120min of mashing(or when Gravity stabilizes) raise temp to 170deg
4.
4.25 gallons of water absorbed by grain (.5qts/lb of grain loss)
5.
fly sparge with 6.5gal heated to 175deg
6.
add Irish Moss & Yeast Nutrient with 10 min left in boil
7.
Start Fermentation at 62° then increase to 68° after 72 hours(3days)
