Special Instructions

Spread pumpkin on cookie sheet, sprinkle liberally with brown sugar, and bake @ 350 for 45 minutes -- let cool

Add roasted pumpkin to boil (60 minutes)

Add spices & Irish moss to boil (10 minutes)
